In brief: Amazon MCF fees in the UK were revised three times in under two years. Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) lets you use FBA stock to fulfil orders from your own website, eBay or other channels. Its UK fees were revised three times in under two years. From 12 November 2022, single-unit fees rose (with a fuel and inflation surcharge built in) and multi-unit discounts arrived, averaging 25.2% savings. On 7 April 2023, parcel and oversize tiers went up while envelope tiers fell slightly or held. From 16 May 2024, UK MCF fees rose by 5.6% on average, plus six new small-parcel bands covering 150 g–3.9 kg and an extra-large envelope band.
| Effective | What changed |
|---|---|
| 12 November 2022 | Single-unit fees up across size bands, surcharge included; multi-unit discounts launched (25.2% average saving) |
| 7 April 2023 | Envelope tiers slightly down or unchanged; parcel and oversize tiers up |

Amazon published the detailed rate cards separately in Seller Central.
A seller ships 1,500 website orders a month through MCF at an average of £5.00 each — £7,500. A 5.6% average rise adds about £420 a month (7,500 × 0.056), though the real effect depends on the size and speed mix. Orders with several units can cost less per unit thanks to the multi-unit discount.
