Amazon Disclaimer

Our relationship with Amazon and how we use Amazon's trademarks.

Last updated: 28 April 2026

Independent third-party solution

TrueBooks is an independent third-party solution. TrueBooks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

Trademark notice

Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, Selling Partner API, FBA, and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Xero is a registered trademark of Xero Limited. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

References to Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, the Selling Partner API, FBA, and related Amazon product names on this site are made only to describe accurately the third-party services with which TrueBooks is compatible. No claim of endorsement or partnership is implied.

How we access Amazon data

TrueBooks accesses Amazon Selling Partner API data only with the explicit OAuth-based authorisation of the seller account holder. The seller initiates the connection from within TrueBooks and grants access through Amazon's own authorisation flow. The seller may revoke that access at any time, either from inside TrueBooks or from Seller Central directly.

What we do not access

TrueBooks does not access, sell, or share Amazon order or buyer Personally Identifiable Information. We do not request the Restricted Roles that would expose buyer name, address, email, phone number, or order-level identifiers tied to individuals. We use Amazon data solely to reconcile the seller's own settlement reports into the seller's own Xero ledger.
