# Pricing — TrueBooks

TrueBooks is bookkeeping software for Amazon sellers that posts Amazon settlements to Xero. Pricing is usage-based: your monthly price is set by the number of Amazon orders in your settlements that month. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. There is a 30-day free trial and no minimum term — cancel at the end of any month.

## How billing works

- One subscription per workspace, billed monthly.
- The tier is chosen by your monthly Amazon order volume across all marketplaces you sell on.
- VAT is added on top of the listed price for UK customers.
- 30-day free trial. No setup fee. No minimum contract.

## What every tier includes

- Amazon Seller Central connection via official SP-API (no developer account or API keys required).
- Xero connection via OAuth.
- Automatic settlement import and line-by-line classification.
- One reconciled, AUTHORISED Xero invoice per settlement, tied to the bank deposit to the penny.
- Correct UK Xero tax codes applied automatically (OUTPUT2, INPUT2, ZERORATEDOUTPUT, REVERSECHARGES).
- Marketplace Facilitator (MF) VAT handling.
- Multi-marketplace support with a per-marketplace, currency-pinned view.
- UK VAT-return figures (Box 1, Box 4, Box 5, Box 6, Box 7).
